Selecting right material is the first step for a successful project. At Xiamen Enrich Stone, we carefully verify color, pattern & finish with our clients before production, to help to ensure delivered materials meeting project expectations.
For materials with relatively consistent color and grain, we provide small samples for approval. While many natural stones feature unique veining and movement, and slab could be different, like marble, dolomite, onyx, travertine and so on. In such situation, providing small samples is not enough, then we carefully select slabs or raw blocks from current inventory and send photos or videos to our clients for approval before cutting. This process helps to achieve the desired visual effect across the project.

1. Sample Approval: Confirm stone type, color and finish.
2. Slab or Raw blocks Confirmation(for stone with veins varying): Review photos or videos of actual slabs before cutting.
3. Production Approval: Cutting begins only after client confirmation.

Accurate shop drawings are the foundation of a successful stone project. Our engineering team reviews architectural drawings, provides practical recommendations when needed, and prepares detailed AutoCAD shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation. For each project, we coordinate Sales, Engineerings, Production, QC, and Shipping throughout the whole project processing.

At Xiamen Enrich Stone, production are processed with advanced machines and experienced craftsman.
Advanced machines like first-class wire saw, Auto-polishing machine, CNC machine, Liner Auto-shaping machine etc. make sure less tolerance and more accuracy for stone products to our clients’ projects. Our craftsmans have experience in related field for 5 years at least. Their professional processing brings more beautiful and exquisite looking to products, thus upgrade looking level for projects.

Firstly, we always try our best to select blocks from the same quarry or slabs from same batches to produce for the same project. Our professional QC team inspects quality from beginning of blocks cutting. QC work follows closely every processing step, including but not limited to cutting direction, shape, length, width, diagonal size, thickness, flatness, special details and so on. Before packing, every product is inspected piece by piece, with aim to make sure none of unqualified products out of our factories. Our clients can always get reliable supply from us for various stone projects.

Pre-installation is very helpful to assure all stone pieces match well together. By selecting & adjusting color or veins at workshop before packing, final projects can get more matched and excellent looking. Pre-installation is also a further way to check if stone products are produced correctly or not. After pre-installation, marks or labeling will be applied to each necessary piece on invisible/unused surface, with principle of easy and high efficient installation for final projects.

Professional packing is the key step to deliver stone products safely to clients. From edge protection to film isolation, from wooden crates, plywood cases to customized reinforced package, from unpacking instructions to fragile mark, we have a series of packing methods to take good care of goods, designed according to stone products specially. Professional package has been proved to minimize risk of rework, and one of most important factors to make sure projects be installed on time.

Professional and careful loading is another important step for safe delivery. By considering factors including experienced worker, weight balance, position of special crate, reinforcement measures, container desiccant, unloading convenience at destination etc., all the products are loaded into containers under the supervision of our staff. Related photos are also sent to our clients.
